Our manager is really on top of things and our maintenance happens in a very timely manner. I like that we dont have thru traffic. All residents are good about picking up their animal poop. 700 E can get loud sometimes with the traffic but that is my only complaint.

We enjoyed living here for over 3+ years. The neighbors are great, and Jen (manager) is really professional and takes care of the place really well. We’ll miss it!

I had a very good experience living at Elmwood. Jennifer was always very friendly and helpful during my stay. The maintenance staff were very professional and responsive.

The apartments are well maintained and comfortable . The price is fantastic. Even though Elmwood is right off of a main road it is quiet and peaceful.
