Our manager is really on top of things and our maintenance happens in a very timely manner. I like that we dont have thru traffic. All residents are good about picking up their animal poop. 700 E can get loud sometimes with the traffic but that is my only complaint.

We enjoyed living here for over 3+ years. The neighbors are great, and Jen (manager) is really professional and takes care of the place really well. Weâll miss it!

I enjoyed living in this apartment complex. Jennifer is very professional and understanding. This a safe place for a single person and close to shopping center and other activities.

It would have been very helpful, especially since I check no on permission to enter, if I had gotten a heads up about maintenance coming over. He was nice and the bathroom outlet seems to be working. However, late last night, the new light cover in the kitchen fell again. Same one.

The apartments are old but nicely updated. Because of their age, the floors are incredibly thin and you can hear every single sound. This leads to issues with neighbors, which the manager isn't very helpful with. The apartments are okay for what they are but look elsewhere if you can.
