Elmwood use to be a wonderful place to live but the new manager Mary is terrible. She is gruff and one sided. She need to learn how to speak to people and how to treat people. Elmwood has had good managers but it was a big mistake putting her in. Don’t move here if you have a choice. Also they keep increasing rents so it’s not a affordable place to live anymore and they don’t even do upgrades to your unit while you live there. So if you want a expensive apartment with a rude and uncaring landlord then you have found the right place

The apartments are well maintained and comfortable . The price is fantastic. Even though Elmwood is right off of a main road it is quiet and peaceful.
